摘要
采用实验的方法研究了铺砂浓度、时间、流量以及裂缝对支撑剂裂缝导流能力的影响。压裂完成一段时间后导流能力比初始下降较大,如何提高此时导流能力是压裂效果持续的关键。实验结果表明:铺砂浓度和时间对导流能力影响较大;大流量冲流和裂缝的产生对末期导流能力有较好的提升。在现场与之对应的是流畅通道和压裂缝网的形成,室内试验对其进行了验证并测试出量化关系,假设地层模型计算出导流能力对产量的影响及其优化问题,对压裂设计有一定的参考意义。
Experiments were carried out on the effects on propping agent fracture conductivity of sanding concentration, time, flow and fracture. After a period of fracturing, flow conductivity declined heavily. How to improve flow conductivity was the key to keep fracturing effects. The results showed that sanding concentration and time had great influence on flow conductivity. High flow and fractures had better improvement of terminal flow conductivity, corresponding to which were the form of smooth channel and frac-ture network in the field. Laboratory experiments verified the results and tested out the quantitative relationship. By hypothesis of formation model, the influence of flow conductivity on production was calculated and proposed optimization problems were pro-posed to provide references for fracturing designs.
