Giacomini静脉的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 下肢静脉曲张多是由下肢大隐静脉（great saphenous vein,GSV）,小隐静脉（small saphenous vein,SSV）或是GSV前外侧分支的主干性返流引起的,然而下肢存在另外一个静脉分支,其返流导致的静脉曲张却很少被报道.随着静脉曲张的诊断和治疗水平的提高,其在临床中的意义也逐渐被重视.这个分支称为Giacomini静脉（giacomini vein,GV）,或大腿延伸分支（thigh Extension,TE）.收集本院2011年8月至2013年4月共收治63例下肢静脉曲张患者,观察报道如下.
