微创LISS钢板治疗胫腓骨骨折疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析AO微创内固定系统(LISS)治疗胫腓骨骨折疗效。方法手术治疗92例胫腓骨骨折患者,LISS钢板组47例,解剖钢板组45例,观察两组骨折复位、膝关节功能恢复情况。结果患者均获随访,时间6—24个月。两组骨折愈合时间、内翻角比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);LISS钢板组后倾角、膝关节自由活动度分别为10.7°±2.9°、128.3°±18.5°,均大于解剖钢板组的8.3°±1.7°、102.4°±17.6°(P〈0.01);LISS钢板组膝关节功能评分为(98.4±20.3)分,高于解剖钢板组的(80.3±18.9)分(P〈0.01);LISS钢板组并发症发生率为4.26%,低于解剖钢板组的20.00%(P〈0.05)。结论LISS钢板治疗胫腓骨骨折安全可靠,膝关节恢复良好。 Objective To analyze the effect of LISS in the treatment of tibia and fibula fractures. Methods 92 pa- tients with tibia and fibula fractures were studied, 47 cases of which treated by LISS were enrolled in the LISS plate group, the other 45 patients treated by anatomic plate were included in the anatomic plate group, fractures reduction and knee function recovery were observed. Results All cases were followed up for 6 - 24 months. Differences of fracture healing time, varus angle between two group were not statistically significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The dip, knee free activity of the LISS plate group was 10. 7° ± 2. 9°, 128.3° ±18.5°, which were greater than those in the anatomic plate group of 8.3 ° ±1.7°, 102. 4 ° ±17.6 ° ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Knee function score of the LISS plate group was (98.4 ± 20. 3) points, higher than that in the anatomic plate group of (80. 3 ± 18.9) points (P 〈0. 01 ). Complication rate of the LISS plate group was 4. 26%, lower than that in anatomic plate group of 20. 00% ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions LISS is safe and reliable in the treatment of tibia and fibula fractures. The knee function recovers well.
