摘要
以自带USB模块的16位单片机PIC24FJ256GB106为核心处理器,设计出基于USB存储技术的管道定位数据采集系统。系统采用内定位与外定位相结合的方式实现装置定位,辅以装置角度测量对定位数据进行校正,可准确确定管道受损位置。阐述了该系统的定位数据采集方案和工作原理,介绍了其硬件组成和软件设计。实验结果表明,系统工作可靠,能满足大容量定位数据存储和高定位精度的设计要求。
Taking PIC24FJ256GB106 16-bit MCU with built-in USB(universal serial bus) module as the core processor,the USB storage technology-based pipe-location data acquisition system was designed,in which,the system employs inside and outside location methods to rectify locating data with the assistance of device angular measurement so that the position of damaged pipeline can be confirmed.The system's data acquisition scheme and working principle were described,including its hardware composition and software process.The experimental results prove the system's reliability in large data storage and high location accuracy.
