呼出气一氧化氮测定在呼吸系统疾病诊疗中的指导意义 被引量:2

摘要 呼吸系统产生的一氧化氮(NO)主要来源于气道上皮细胞,气道发生炎性反应时气道上皮细胞内的诱导型一氧化氮合酶表达参加,引起呼出气一氧化氮水平增高[1]。而呼吸系统疾病中多数疾病与气道炎症反应相关,我们在2012年10月至2013年4月对326例患者的呼出气一氧化氮进行检测,结果发现支气管哮喘、咳嗽变异性哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、急性喘息性支气管炎、感染后咳嗽、过敏性鼻炎-支气管炎等均可表达为阳性。
