摘要
WBS(工作分解结构)是项目管理的重要组成部分及核心内容,是制定进度计划、资源需求、成本预算、风险管理计划、变更与索赔管理的重要基础。论文就某已执行完海外炼化EPC项目,在WBS的编制、维护、应用等方面给予详细论述,包括WBS结构的定义、WBS字典的编制、WBS的更新、维护等内容。其中,结合了笔者对WBS的理解,针对性总结提炼了一些心得,目的是提高我们的WBS编制水平。从本项目执行效果看,此WBS能够满足项目的管理需要,为项目的成功执行发挥了应有作用,对于类似的EPC项目,在WBS结构的规划、WBS字典的编制和应用等方面对读者有所帮助。
WBS（Work Breakdown Structure） is very important component of project management,also it＇s the key element of project management, and the basis of schedule developing, resource management, cost and estimate control, risk management plan and change and claim management. In this thesis, the writer described the WBS details in how to develop, maintenance and apply for an executed refinery EPC overseas project, such as, WBS level definition, WBS dictionary development, updating and maintenance, etc..in which, some understanding and knowledge of WBS by Writer is introduced, the purpose is to do better in WBS developing and applying through share and discuss with readers. In this executed project, the WBS met the requirement of project and play a greater role for project success.Hopefully, the methodology in this thesis can be referred for similar EPC project in WBS level design, dictionary development and total application.
