Research Progress on Plant Germin-like Proteins

摘要 在植物整个生长发育过程中时刻受到外界环境信号调控,遭遇各种逆境胁迫。在研究植物对逆境胁迫响应中,很多胁迫响应蛋白被发现。植物类萌发素蛋白(Germin-like proteins,GLPs)是其中一类重要的胁迫响应蛋白。它是一类与小麦萌发素(Germin)序列高度同源的、位于胞外基质的可溶性糖蛋白,几乎在所有生物中均发现有该类蛋白的存在。它具有多种生物学功能,在植物的生长发育阶段、生物和非生物逆境胁迫应答中起重要的作用。从植物GLPs的分类、结构等方面全面介绍了植物GLP蛋白的主要特点,同时归纳它在抵御生物胁迫及非生物胁迫等方面的研究进展,为今后的进一步研究提供参考。 In the growth process, the plants would be unavoidably regulatea Dy envlronmemm slgnats atlu encounter kinds of stresses. Many stress responded proteins were discovered and studied in plants" response to environmental stresses. Germin-like proteins (GLPs) are important proteins which take part in every kind of stress. This group of proteins has similar sequence to wheat germin and is soluble glycoproteins located in extracellular matrix, which exists in all of the beings. The proteins have a variety of biological functions, for instance, they have important roles in the plant growth phase and response to the biotic and abiotic stresses. In this study, we introduced the main features of plant GLP proteins from plant GLPs classification and structure. At the same time, we reviewed the research progress at home and abroad on the GLPs and the genes that resistant to biotic stress and abiotic stress, and provided a reference for the future research.
