摘要
热式质量流量计是利用流体流过传感器探头时散失的热量与流体流量的关系来测量流体流量。为了研究热式质量流量计应用于井下液相流量测量的效果,开展了可行性实验研究,设计并加工了热式液体质量流量计原理实验样机。在多相流动态实验装置上进行了动态实验,取得了理想的实验结果。实验结果表明,采用热式液体质量流量计测量液相(油和水)流量是可行的。该方法将为液相流量的测量提供一个新思路,为井下现场样机的研发奠定了基础。
Thermal mass flowmeter is used to measure fluid flow by the relationship between heat lost through sensor probe and fluid flow. In order to study the effect which is applied to downhole liquid flow measurement, feasibility study is carried out, hot liquid mass flowmeter principle experiment prototype is designed and processed. Dynamic experiment in multiphase flow is carried out, and ideal effect is obtained. Experimental results show that the thermal type liquid mass flowmeter measurement is feasible. This method provides a new way of thinking for liquid flow measurement, eastablishes a solid foundation for underground scene.
