摘要
企业在进行战略业务单元分析评价以及市场选择时,需要选用合适的分析模型,文中首先阐述了企业战略业务单元的概念及其特征,然后分析了波士顿模型和GE模型的局限性,最后通过两种模型的比较,提出了在进行企业战略业务单元市场选择时,选用分析模型的基本思路。
Analysis of enterprise evaluation and market choice in strategic business unit , selection of suitable analytical model,this paper elaborates the concept and characteristics of strategic business unit ,and then analyzes the limitations of Boston and GE model ,by comparing two models , are proposed in the enterprise strategic business unit market choice the use of basic ideas,analysis model.
