摘要
文中以五大港口群的25个集装箱码头为研究对象,建立了人力资本的评价指标体系。根据因子分析法的分析,得到各码头的人力资本竞争力分值。确定了影响我国集装箱码头人力资本竞争力的四大因子:发展潜力因子、人力资本投入因子、员工技能水平因子和管理效率因子。
This paper taking the 25 container wharfs five port groups as the object of study ,human capital evaluation index system was established .According to the analysis of factor analysis ,the values of human capital competition of each wharf were obtained.Four main factors affecting human capital competitiveness of container wharfs in China are identified .They are development potential factors ,human capital factors ,employee skill level factor and the management efficiency factor .
