摘要
南京青奥会食品供应链与食品安全控制,是一次长三角地区物流业盛会。文中以此为契机,分析了长三角地区的食品供应链现状,也为今后食品冷链物流发展和食品安全控制提出了对策。
The food supply chain and food safety control of Nanjing Youth Olympic Games are logistics industry events in Yangtze River Delta area.Taking this opportunity,we analyze the present situation of food supply chain in Yangtze River Delta region,but also supply countermeasures for the future development of food cold chain logistics and food safety control .
