摘要
卵巢癌的发生率逐年上升且呈年轻化趋势,成为目前人们关注的热点。DNA损伤修复机制在肿瘤的发生发展中起到了重要作用,同源重组(homologous recombination,HR)是体内参与DNA损伤修复的重要机制,而DNA修复蛋白Rad51和乳腺癌易感蛋白(breast cancer susceptibility gene 2,BRCA2)是体内参与同源重组性DNA修复的重要因子,并且与肿瘤对放疗和化疗药物的耐受性有关,因此,本文就这俩因子的研究进展作一综述。
The incidence of ovarian cancer increased year by year and the trend of younger,become the hot topic of people.DNA damage repair mechanisms played an important role in the development of tumor,homologous recombination(HR)is one of the important mechanisms involved in DNA damage and repair,and Rad51 protein and breast cancer susceptibility protein(BRCA2)is involved in homologous recombination DNA repair of the important factors,and related to tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy drug tolerance,therefore,this paper summarizes the research progress of the two factors.
