摘要
针对某风电场塔筒连接高强螺栓频繁断裂进行了失效分析,结合现场勘测、有限元计算和理化检测、金相检验和断口分析的结论,确定螺栓断裂的原因,为风电场的设备维护提供了理论依据,以减少和预防同类失效事件的再次发生。
For the frequent fracture of the high strength bolts of wind power tower, we carned on the tallure analysis, combining with the field survey, the finite element calculation and the conclusion of the physical and chemical testing, metallographic examination and fracture analysis, determine the cause of the bolt fracture, provide the theoretical basis for wind power equipment maintenance, reduce and prevent the similar failure incidents from happening again.
