摘要
灾难医学是一门快速发展的新兴学科,研究灾难后的紧急医学救援、卫生防疫、疾病防治和心理健康问题,也研究灾难预防和准备阶段的相关医学问题。灾难医学与很多医学和非医学学科密切相关。灾难医学重视群体效应,在灾难救援中以群体利益最大化为目标。
Disaster Medicine is a newly developed and fast progressing subject, focusing on post-disaster emergency medical relief, public health, diseases surveillance and psychological issues. It also covers the medical issues in mitigation and disaster pre- paredness. Disaster medicine is closely correlated with many medical and other subjects. Optimization of mass interests is the goal of disaster relief.
