手法整复闭合穿针固定治疗儿童踝上骨折疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 儿童肱骨踝上骨折是指肱骨远端内外踝上方的骨折。肱骨髁上部处于骨密度质与骨松质交界处,前有冠状窝,后有鹰嘴窝,两窝之间仅有一层极薄的松质骨片,骨质相对薄弱[1]。同时,该处是肱骨由圆柱解剖形态转变为三棱状的部位,其应力相对脆弱,故容易发生骨折。2009年以来,笔者用手法整复闭合穿针固定治疗儿童踝上骨折80例疗效显著,报道如下。
