摘要
采用FX1N系列PLC实现了工业生产中常用的皮带运输机的控制。介绍了系统的总体设计思路,硬件、软件的设计及调试方法。实践证明,该系统稳定可靠,具有较好的顺序启停、故障处理等功能,提高了皮带运输机的性能与效率。
The author uses FXIN series PLC to implement the control of belt conveyor that is commonly used in industrial production. This paper introduces the overall design idea of the system , including the design of the hardware, software, and how to debug. The experiment proves that the system is stable and reliable, and it has the functions of good order start - stop, troubleshooting and so on, which improves the performance and efficiency of the belt conveyor.
