摘要
采用中温(35℃)厌氧消化技术对冲厕海水经生化处理后所产生的含盐污泥进行处理,在海水比例为24%~36%的条件下,厌氧消化系统可以正常运行,对污泥的消化和浓缩效果较好,消化后污泥的Ts、VS含量分别在4.8%、2.2%左右,TSS、VSS含量分别在56.3、25.5g/L左右,系统对污泥中有机物的去除效果较稳定,去除率在33.5%左右。当海水比例为36%时,污泥最佳投配率为10%。
The mesophilic anaerobic digestion (35 ℃ ) of salty sludge produced in biochemical treatment of toilet-flushing seawater was investigated. When the seawater proportion was 24% to 36%, the anaerobic digestion system could operate normally, with high sludge digestion and thickening efficien- cy. The TS, VS, TSS and VSS of digested sludge were about 4.8% , 2.2% , 56.3 g/L and 25.5 g/L respectively. Stable removal efficiency of organic compounds in the sludge could be achieved, with re- moval rate of about 33.5%. The optimum dosage rate of salty sludge was 10% when the seawater:propor- tion was 36%.
