摘要
湛江龙舟运动有着坚实的文化传统和优越的地理条件,但近年来由于受到外部经济环境、管理组织理念、甄选培训制度等因素的影响一直停滞不前。本文尝试援引港澳两地龙舟运动发展的成功经验,结合湛江当地实际情况,为湛江龙舟运动的国际化发展道路指明方向。
Zhanjiang has a solid cultural tradition and excellent geographical condition for its dragon boat sport. But in recent years, due to the external economic environment, the outdated management idea, the influence of factors such as selection and training system, Zhanjiang has been stagnant in its dragon boat sport development. Based on the experience of Hong Kong and Macao, this paper tries to find a correct way for the internationalization of Zhanjiang＇s dragon boat sport development by combining with its own local actual situation.
