摘要
我国医疗体系中的资源配置现状中存在大量的资源浪费和效率低下,其中最大的问题来源于病患群体对于基层医院的信心不足从而造成的就医过度集中在中心大医院。基于远程医疗的医疗联合体是针对该问题比较有效的一种解决途径,可以在为医疗网络中的中心医院、基层医院以及病人均提供利益保障基础上,通过合理自然的分级就诊路径疏导方式,改善医疗网络中的专家资源、普通医生资源以及设备资源的有效利用率。
Resource waste and low utilization efficiency were exiting in current status of resource allocation under China＇s health- care system. Among the identified reasons, the biggest reason came from the in confidence of the patient group for the primary hospi- tals, which resulted in the over visit of central large hospitals. Based on the telemedicine, medical complex was a an effective resolu- tion for the target problem, which could use reasonable hierarchic diagnosis path leading method to improve the expert resources, regu- lar doctors resources and equipment resources in medical net based on the basis tff providing the profit guarantee for the central hospi- tal, primary hospital and patients in medical net.
