松辽盆地北部陆相非均质致密油整体勘探开发“2+3”模式 被引量:24

摘要 松辽盆地北部中央坳陷区大庆长垣、齐家一古龙凹陷和三肇凹陷扶余油层和高台子油层发育致密砂岩油,资源潜力超过10×108t.勘探实践表明,这种致密油层呈现纵向不集中、横向不连续、甜点单体规模小、物性变化大、含油性差异大等非均质特征.针对这些非均质性,按照“逆向思维、反向设计、正向实施”理念,创建了“2+3”模式,即通过工程地质“一体化”设计引领,依托低成本高效率“工厂化”实施,带来勘探开发“配套工程技术”、水平井“单井高产量”和致密油“整体有效益”.经过2011年以来的探索实践,形成了以甜点精细刻画及水平井轨迹精细控制技术和增产改造设计优化技术为核心的工程地质“一体化设计”技术,建立了差异型和灵活型2种低成本高效率个性化“工厂化”实施模式,完善了“预测甜点目标、钻成优质井眼、评价甜点层段、提供工程参数和提高单井产量”5项致密油勘探开发“配套工程技术”,实现了致密油水平井压裂后产油是周围直井17倍以上的“单井高产量”,展现了致密油“整体有效益”初步成效,建成3个试验区,正建10个试验区,新增致密油储量超过1×108t.“2+3”模式的建立,不仅为大庆油田原油稳产增加了资源,而且为其后规模生产储备了配套工程技术。 In the central depression area of North Songliao Basin,the sandstone tight oil is well-developed in Fuyu and Gaotaizi reservoirs of Daqing Placanticline,Qijia-Gulong Depressions and Sanzhao Sag,and moreover its reserves are more than one billion tons.The exploratory practice shows that there are the following heterogeneous characteristics for this kind of the dense oil reservoirs:longitudinally unconcentrated,laterally discontinuous,small scale for the individual "sweet point",big changes of the physical properties,serious oil-bearing differential and so on.For these heterogeneities,according to the thoughts of "reverse thinking,reverse design,forward operation",the "2 +3" model is created i.e.through led by the "integrated" design between the geology and engineering,relying on the cost-efficient "factory-like" implementation,and then results in "the matched engineering technique" between the exploration and development,"high production for the individual horizontal well" and "benefits as a whole" for the tight oil.Through the exploring practice since 2011,the "integrated design" techniques between the geology and engineering are developed taking the sweet-point fine characterizing technique,horizontal well's trajectory fine controlling technique and stimulating-reforming design optimization technique as the cores,two kinds of the cost-effective individualized "factory-like" implementing modes including differential type and flexible type are established,thus the following 5 items of the tight oil exploration and development matching techniques are improved:sweet-point target prediction,quality borehole drilling,sweet-point interval evaluation,engineering parameters provision and individual well production enhancement",finally the aim of "individual well high production" 0is realized,that is more than 17 times of the production of the vertical wells nearby after the horizontal well fracturing for the tight oil,so the "overall benefit" of the tight oil development is preliminarily presented,three testing zones are opened,10 experimental zones are building now,the newly incremental tight oil reserves are more than 1 × 108t.The establishment of the "2+ 3" mode not only increases the resources for the stable oil production,but also reserves the matching engineering techniques for the later sustainable and scaled production.
