摘要
流态化还原尾气的流量是还原试验中一个重要的测量参数,本试验采用差压法测量流量,考虑到被测尾气为排空气体,因此,以直接测量孔板前的压力来代替通常的差压测量。并对使用的流量公式进行了推导。利用紫金——Ⅱ型微型计算机对被测流量进行计算、显示和打印。
The tail-gas flow measurement during the fluidization reduction in the two stages smelting reduction is an important parameter in the reducing test.Commonly this measurement is carried out by pressure difference. Considering the measured tail-gas is released to the open air,instead of measuring the pressure difference,we measure the pressure directly by an orifice plate and deduce a formula for flow calculating.By use of ZIJIN-II microcomputer,we calculate,indicate,and typing the a series data of the undering measurement.
