摘要 在分析平板的平面度检测基础上,指出传统平面度测量方法存在的不足,采用C++Builder编程语言环境和OрenGL编程技术,提出了平面度的三维重构方法。设计数字化平面度测量仪,并将其所测得的平面信息输入到计算机完成对数据的处理,解决了传统测量方法中的数据量大、计算繁琐、精度低的问题。在此基础上,采用OрenGL编程技术完成了对平面形貌的三维重构,使得到的平面度信息量更充分,让平面度的测量更加直观。为了验证测量的有效性,采用激光双频干涉仪的平面度测量功能模块对仪器精度进行评估,结果显示达到预计的精度指标。 Based on the analysis of the plate flatness detection, some problems of the traditional flatness measuring method were pointed out. Using C + + Builder programming language environment and OpenGL programming technique, the three-dimen- sional reconstruction method of flatness was proposed. The digital flatness measuring instrument was designed, and the measured plane information was entered into the computer, then the data processing was completed by computer software and the problems of amounts of data, complicated calculation and low accuracy of traditional measurement method were solved. The 3D reconstruction of surface morphology was completed based on the OpenGL programming technology, to make the information of flatness more suffi- cient and intuitive. In order to verify the validity of the measurement, we used the flatness function module of dual-frequency laser interferometer to evaluate the instrument accuracy,the results show that it reaches the expected precision index.
