埃博拉病毒的防治进展 被引量：9

Research progress of prevention and treatment of Ebola virus infection

摘要 2014年2月,埃博拉病毒在西非爆发,短短几个月内蔓延至多国,引起世界卫生组织的高度关注。目前还没有有效的针对埃博拉病毒感染的防治疫苗及药物。本文综述了埃博拉病毒的流行情况,生物学特性,可能的药物靶点以及研究中的疫苗和药物,期望对埃博拉病毒的防治研究进展有一个较全面的认识。 Starting from February 2014, the Ebola virus outbreak had spread across West African countries within a few months and caused great concerns of the World Health Organization. Currently no effective vaccines or drugs have been available for prevention and treatment of Ebola virus infection. This paper gives a brief review of the epidemics and pandemics, the biological characteristics of Ebola virus, the potential antiviral drug targets, and research progress of vaccine and drug development against the virus.
