摘要
目的评估结核病患者家庭防护状况,制订有效的预防措施、健康教育方案,以防止家庭内部成员尤其是婴幼儿感染结核病。方法在专家咨询和患者访谈的基础上构建"婴幼儿家庭结核病传播评估单";将符合条件的患者分为观察组及对照组,观察组应用评估单进行评估,根据评估结果实施健康教育,对照组进行常规健康教育;通过护理服务满意度、结核病知识、家庭防护行为掌握情况的问卷调查评价评估单应用效果。结果两组患者护理服务满意度、结核病知识和家庭防护行为间的得分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论评估单的构建及应用保障了健康教育效果,有助于患者建立正确的防护行为,减少结核病在家庭成员中的传播,同时提高了患者满意度和护理服务质量。
Objective To evaluate the tuberculosis patients family protection status,work out effective preventive measures,health education program in order to prevent the family members especially infants and young children infected with tuberculosis.Methods Based on the expert consulting and patients inter-view to build “infants and young children family spread tuberculosis assessment form”,eligible patients were divided into observation group and control group,observation group applicated appraisal sheet,the implementation of health education according to the results of the assessment.The control group had rou-tine health education;through the nursing service satisfaction,tuberculosis knowledge,family protection behavior assessment questionnaire to evaluate the application effect.Results The scores of nursing service satisfaction,tuberculosis knowledge,family protection behavior had significant differences between two groups （all P〈0.01）.Conclusion Construction and application of assessment form ensure the health edu-cation effect and helps to establish the correct protective behavior of patients,reduce the spread of tubercu-losis in family members,and raise the patients satisfaction and the quality of nursing service.
