摘要
目的:探讨延伸护理在慢性心房颤动(房颤)华法林抗凝患者中的应用效果。方法:将120例口服华法林抗凝治疗的慢性房颤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在常规健康教育基础上实施延伸护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组遵医行为评分、健康知识评分及满意度高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),轻度并发症发生率及并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:延伸护理可促进慢性房颤患者华法林抗凝治疗的遵医行为,降低并发症发生率,提高满意度。
Objective ：To investigate the effect of the extended nursing care in the treatment of patients with chronic atrial fibrillation by Warfarin anticoagulation. Methods ：120 patients with oral Warfarin for the treatment of chronic atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （60 cases in each group ）. The patients in the control group received conventional health edu- cation and the patients in the observation group were given extra extended nursing care based on the conventional heahh education, the nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results：The scores of compliance behavior and understanding of health knowledge and satisfaction rate were higher in the observation group than the control group （P 〈0.01 ,P 〈0.05 ） ;the incidence of mild complications and the total rate of complications was lower in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The extended nursing care can promote the compliance behavior of the patients, reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction in the treatment of chronic atrial fibrillation with Warfarin anticoagulation.
