摘要
建立了液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)同时测定塑料食品接触材料中荧光增白剂OB、荧光增白剂OB-1、荧光增白剂EBF、荧光增白剂KCB等4种荧光增白剂含量的检测方法。塑料食品接触材料中的荧光增白剂,经三氯甲烷和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合提取液在40℃下振荡提取60 min,超声提取30 min后,旋转蒸发至干,洗脱后,以乙腈和5 mmol/L乙酸铵-甲酸溶液作为流动相,梯度洗脱,LC-MS/MS电喷雾电离源,正离子多反应监测模式测定,外标法定量。结果表明:塑料食品接触材料中4种荧光增白剂检出限均可达到0.01 mg/kg;质量浓度在0.01 mg/L^10 mg/L之间线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999;对于0.01 mg/kg、0.05 mg/kg和0.10 mg/kg水平添加回收率范围在73.4%~99.2%之间;相对标准偏差范围在1.70%~9.96%之间。
A method for the simultaneous determination of fluorescent whitening agents in plastic food contact materials by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) was developed. There are 4 kinds of fluorescent whitening agents such as fluorescent whitening agent OB, fluorescent whitening agent OB-1, fluorescent whitening agent EBF, fluorescent whitening agent KCB. The fluorescent whitening agents in plastic food contact materials were abstract by the miscible liquids of trichlormethane and DMF shaking at 40 ℃ for 60 min, ultrasonic extraction 30 min, then rotary evaporation to dryness, after elution use acetonitrile and aqueous solution containing 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate as mobile phase, identification was achieved by electrospray ionization(ESI) in positive mode which using multiple reaction monitoring, quantify by external standard method.The result show that use this method to determine 4 kinds of fluorescent whitening agents in plastic food contact materials, the detection limit could achive 0.01 mg/kg,and the linner relationships between 0.01 mg/L~10 mg/L add level were good, the relative modulars were better than 0.999, the recoveries were between 73.4% and 99.2% for 0.01 mg/kg, 0.05 mg/kg and 0.10 mg/kg levels, the relatively standard deviations(RSDs) were between 1.70% and 9.96%.
