摘要
"疆电外送"工程的实现,四川电网结构枢纽的确立,及四川电网丰枯时节电力电量的落差,蕴育了"疆电入川"工程的实施。该工程在实现"西电东输"大格局优化与解决四川电力电量平衡问题的同时,势必对四川电网造成影响。在分析了疆电外送工程与四川电网现状基础上,对疆电入川的电力电量平衡问题、短路电流水平问题进行了深入研究。研究结果表明:该工程能有效解决四川电力"丰余枯缺"结构性矛盾,且实现"外送接力"作用;参考当前四川电网(特别是成都电网)短路水平,该工程对四川电网短路电流水平影响不大,但仍需要采取相关限流措施;研究成果可为"疆电入川"工程的实施提供了理论支撑。
The implementation of "power transmission project from Xinjiang to Sichuan"is created by the realization of "elec-tricity delivery project from Xinjiang", the constructional characteristics of Sichuan power grid and the drops during high and low water flow period .This project will optimize the pattern of "power delivery from the west to the east"and make the bal-ance of Sichuan electricity , but it will also have influence on Sichuan power grid .The power balance and short -circuit cur-rent level are studied on the basis of the existing analyses of electricity delivery project from Xinjiang and the development of Sichuan power grid .The results show that:the implementation of the project can effectively solve the constructional problem , surplus in the high water flow period and destitute in the low water flow period of Sichuan power grid ,and although it has ween-sy impacts on the short-circuit current level of Sichuan power grid considering the current situation , it still needs to adopt the relevant measures to limit the flow .The research achievements would be a reference for the implementation of "power trans-mission project from Xinjiang to Sichuan".
