摘要
介绍了600MW四角切圆燃烧锅炉低氮燃烧改造技术的优化研究,通过延长煤粉在炉内的还原区停留时间,控制低负荷下过量空气系数,实现进一步降低NOx排放,对锅炉主要运行指标的影响较小。在河北某电厂1号锅炉上改造后实现NOx排放值在全负荷下不高于150mg/Nm3(O2=6%),优化方案在同类型四角切圆燃烧锅炉上具有广泛的改造应用前景。
Introduces the research on optimization of low-NOx combustion technology in 600 MW tangentially fired boiler, through the reduction of reaction time of pulverized coal in the furnace, controlling the excess air coefficient at low load to further reduce NOx emissions, it has little effect on the main operation indexes of the boiler, after transform in No. 1 boiler of one power plant in Hebei, the NOx emission value under full load is not more than 150 mg/m3. The optimized program has wide transform application prospect in the same type of four corner tangentially fired boiler.
