摘要
目的研究牙周膜牵引成骨术在正畸临床治疗中的效果及问题。方法选择因正畸治疗减数上颌第一前磨牙的13例病例,共22颗尖牙,在第一前磨牙减数并行牙槽窝外科处理后,第二前磨牙及第一磨牙作为支抗牙,采用自制牵引器远中移动尖牙,牙髓电活力测试及影像学评估牙齿状况。结果 22颗尖牙在平均16.7 d内远中平均移动4.6 mm,未出现支抗牙前移、牙根吸收及牙髓活力变化。结论牙周膜牵引成骨可以快速有效移动尖牙,未出现明显的支抗丧失及牙齿损伤。
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy and problem of periodontal ligament dis- traction osteogenesis during orthodontic treatment. Methods Thirteen patients (22 canine tooth) requiring extraction of first premolars were selected for this study. The second premolars and first molars were used as anchor units. Then the canine were moved distally with the device. Radiographs and electrical vitality test were used for assessment. Results The 22 canine teeth were moved distally an average of 4.6 mm within 16.7 days. No anchorage loss, root resorption and electrical vitality change were observed. Conclusion The therapy of periodontal ligament distraction osteogenesis is a ef- fective way to move the canine rapidly, and won't cause obvious anchorage loss and tooth damage.
