摘要
目的探讨品管圈对预防关节置换患者深静脉血栓的效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组,根据现状设定目标值,分析影响预防深静脉血栓形成护理质量合格率的因素,找出其中的真正原因,制订并实施对策。结果通过品管圈活动预防深静脉血栓护理质量合格率上升(P<0.01),圈成员综合素质自我评价提高(P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动能够提高预防深静脉血栓形成的护理质量合格率和护士的综合素质,有利于护理质量的持续改进。
Objective To evaluate the effect of quality control circle （QCC） in prevention of deep venous thrombosis （DVP） of joint replacement patients.Methods The measures included setting up QCC team,setting target value according to the status,analyzing the influcencing factors of nursing quality,founding out the really reasons,making and implementing the countermeasures.Results The qualification rate of nursing quality increased （P 〈 0.01）,and the comprehensive self-assessed quality of team members also improved （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion QCC can improve qualification rate of nursing quality and nurses＇ comprehensive quality,and is beneficial for the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
