摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗态度、满意度和依从性的关系。方法采用胰岛素治疗态度量表、胰岛素治疗满意度量表、糖尿病治疗依从性量表对2012年2月至11月在山东省3所三级甲等医院就诊或住院的201例正在使用胰岛素的2型糖尿病患者进行调查。结果 2型糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗态度量表总分为(66.56±10.27)分,满意度量表总分为(51.13±9.35)分,依从性量表的总分为(39.64±6.17)分。胰岛素治疗态度与满意度、依从性总分呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05);胰岛素治疗满意度与依从性总分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论医护人员应关注2型糖尿病患者的心理性胰岛素抵抗问题,并通过端正胰岛素治疗态度来提高治疗满意度,促进患者良好的依从行为。
Objective To investigate the relationship among attitude,satisfaction and adherence with insulin treatment in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Totally,201 type 2 diabetic patients treated with insulin were recruited from three tertiary hospitals in Shandong Province from February to November 2012.The patients were evaluated with insulin treatment attitude scale (1TAS),insulin treatment satisfaction questionnaire (ITSQ) and insulin treatment adherence questionnaire (ITAQ).Results The average scores of the ITAS,ITSQ and ITAQ were (66.56 ± 10.27),(51.13 ± 9.35) and (39.64 ± 6.17),respectively.The score of ITAS was negatively correlated with those of ITSQ and ITAQ (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05).The score of ITSQ was positively correlated with that of ITAQ (P 〈 0.01).Conclusion Healthcare provider should concern about the psychological insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes patients,thus to improve treatment satisfaction and promote good adherence by correcting patients'attitude towards insulin.
