贵州清水江天柱段流域不同生境蚊类多样性调查

摘要 目的 调查贵州清水江流域不同生境蚊类多样性,为蚊媒病预防和控制提供依据.方法 2012年7~8月历时10 d,在清水江天柱段流域,选择清水江江边、稻田、竹林、人工杉木林、天然次生林、小溪边等6种不同类型生境,应用二氧化碳诱蚊灯诱集成蚊,对蚊类多样性进行分析.结果 共捕获蚊虫14 354只,分属6个属,21种,其中中华按蚊、魏仙库蚊和三带喙库蚊分别占总数的44.00%,15.88%,21.01%为优势种;物种丰富度以竹林最高,杉木人工林和江边最低.Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou指数以竹林最高,杉木人工林和清水江江边最低.结论 清水江天柱段流域中华按蚊、魏仙库蚊和三带喙库蚊为优势种,这些优势种传播的乙脑、疟疾、马来丝虫病是今后疾病监测和预防的重点. Objective To investigate the diversity of mosquitoes in different habitats along Qingshui River in Tianzhu County,Guizhou,so as to provide basis for the prevention and control of mosquito-borne diseases.Methods In the period from July,2012 to August,2012,adult mosquitoes were trapped by CO2 light traps in the different habits (riverside of Qingshui,paddy fields,bamboo groves,artificial fir forest,natural forest,and stream-side) ;related data were collected and analyzed.Results A total of 14 354 adults mosquitoes of 21 species and 6 genera were captured;among them,Anopheles sinensis,Culex vishnui and Culex tritaeniorhychus were the dominant species(44.00%,15.88%,21.01% respectively) ;the mosquito species from bamboo groves were the most abundant,while mosquito species from riverside and artificial fir forest were the lest abundant; Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index in bamboo groves were the highest,while those in riverside and artificial fir forest were the lowest.Conclusions Anopheles sinensis,Culex vishnui and Culex tritaeniorhychus are the dominant species in Tianzhu valley;Japanese encephalitis,malaria,malayan filariasis spread by these dominant species will be the key-point in future disease control and prevention in this valley.
