摘要
通过末端淬透性试验，研究了铌含量对20CrMnTi淬透性的影响。试验结果表明，铌含量不同的试验材料，其硬度分布比较接近；随着距淬火端面距离的不同，其组织变化规律基本相似。由此可见，铌含量不影响20CrMnTi的淬透性。
The effect of Nb content on the hardenability of 20CrMnTi was studied by Jominy tests. The results showed that for specimens with different content of Nb, their hardness curves were approximately the same ; the variation of microstructures at different distances from the quenched end was similar. Therefore, the hardenability of 20CrMnTi was not affected by Nb content.
