摘要
采用扫描电镜和膨胀法模拟试验对捆带钢72AU2的扁卷机理进行了研究。结果表明,低温卷取工艺下,卷取后钢卷发生贝氏体相变,相变膨胀量较大;钢卷降温冷缩作用无法抵消相变带来的体积膨胀,钢卷层间错动发生松卷,进而在自重作用下发生扁卷。采取提高卷取温度至650℃及控制层冷冷速为25℃/s等措施后,捆带钢扁卷情况得到明显改善。
The mechanism of coil collapse of hot rolled strapping steel 72AU2 was studied by means of SEM observation and thermal expansion simulation experiments. The results showed that bainite was obtained after coiling at low coiling temperature. The phase transformation expansion could not be offset by thermal contraction of the coil during cooling which lead to coil loosening. Coil collapse was mainly caused by coil loosening and the effect of gravity. By increasing the coiling temperature to 650 ℃ and controlling the laminar cooling rate at 25 ℃/s, coil collapse was improved effectively.
