摘要 研究复合益生菌(乳酸菌、酵母菌和芽孢杆菌等)对奶牛免疫及抗氧化功能的影响。对照组不饲喂益生菌,低剂量益生菌组和高剂量益生菌组分别一次性饲喂50和100ml/(头·d)益生菌液。各处理组基础日粮相同,试验期为60d。结果表明:与对照组相比,高剂量益生菌组血清IgG含量显著升高,过氧化氢酶水平则极显著升高,丙二醛含量极显著降低,其他各项指标则与对照组相比差异不显著。饲粮中添加一定剂量的复合益生菌制剂对奶牛免疫功能和抗氧化功能均有一定促进作用。 The influence of complex probiotics(lactic acid bacteria, yeast and Bacillus) on the immune and antioxidative functions in dairy cattle was studied. The experiment was divided into the control group, low dose of probiotics group and high dose of probiotics, and the cows were fed with 0, 50 and 100 ml of complex probiotics per head every day, respectively. All the experimental cows were fed with the same basal feed. This experiment lasted for 60 d. The results showed as follows: compared with the control group, the high dose group had higher levels of serum IgG and catalase, but had lower MDA content. However, the other indexes didn't present differences among treatments. These results suggested that the diets added witt/some doses of complex probiotics could improve the immune and antioxidative functions in dairy cattle.
