摘要
本试验采用离子色谱法测定了蚯蚓粉中亚硝酸盐的含量。结果表明,亚硝酸根进样量在0.225 2～1.801 2μg范围内与亚硝酸根色谱峰的峰面积有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.6%%,最低定量限以被测定溶液计算为0.03368μg·mL-1。试验证明本方法简便、准确、快速,适用于蚯蚓粉中亚硝酸盐的定量检测。
This experiment detected the content of nitrite in earthworm powder by ion chromatography. The results showed that when the injection quantity of nitrite sample was in the range of 0.225 2～1.801 2 μg, there was good linear relationship between the injection quantity and peak area of nitrite, the average recovery rate was 98.6%%, limit of quantification was 0.033 68μg·mL-l. This experiment proved that ion chromatography was simple, accurate, rapid, it Was fit for the quantitative detection of nitrite in earthworm powder.
