抗N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体脑炎3例报道 被引量：3

摘要 自2007年首次报道以来,抗NMDAR脑炎很长时间内被认为是副肿瘤性边缘叶脑炎一种,且常发生在伴有畸胎瘤的年轻女性患者,但随着此病的进一步研究进展,发现它亦可发生于有或无肿瘤的男性患者。目前认为此类疾病为自身免疫介导性疾病。其临床表现无特异性,临床过程一般可分为5个阶段：前驱期,精神症状期、反应迟钝期、运动过渡期,逐渐康复期。
