摘要
采集了某城市电动客车在水泥混凝土路面下的垂向加速度信息,建立该车7自由度线性系统理论模型和以采集的悬架处加速度信号为输入的瞬态动力学有限元分析模型。计算获得整车的固有频率,动态应力和加速度时程曲线,通过对比由仿真和理论计算获得的整车固有频率,对比仿真和测试获得的车身某点加速度功率谱密度,验证了有限元模型的准确性。利用瞬态动力学的分析结果,采用msc.fatigue对客车骨架进行了疲劳寿命预测,指出结构的薄弱环节。最后建立一种简化模型,对比证明利用该模型快速的估算客车的疲劳寿命是有意义的。
The acceleration information of an electric city bus drive in the concrete road was obtained, a bus ' s 7 degree of freedom academic linearity system model and transient dynamics analysis model with the inputting of acceleration signal which has been sampled on a bus' append wear built. Simulation obtained the Nature frequency and time history of dynamics stress and acceleration of the bus. Precision of the model was approved by comparing the nature frequency from theoretical arithmetic and FEA. In addition,the PSD of acceleration information from test and FEA are match. Using the results of transient analysis,the fatigue life analysis for bus was performed by Msc. Fatigue and the weakness point of bus was obtained. In the end, a simple model was build and the meaning of quick estimating the fatigue life of bus structure was approved.
