摘要
建立变速箱箱体结构的动态有限元分析模型,综合考虑影响变速箱箱体动态特性的各种动态激励因素,对箱体结构进行约束状态下的数值模态分析、动态加速度和动应力响应分析,同时进行箱体的加速度和动应力台架测试,在时域和频域上对该箱体结构的动态特性进行研究;同时对仿真计算和试验测试结果进行比较分析,结果表明:相同工况下相同测点动态响应结果基本一致,并且误差在10%以内,可以证明该箱体结构的动态有限元模型是比较精确的。
To establish the dynamic FEM model of gearbox housing, in consideration of various dynamic excitation factors to housing, then preformed gearbox housing' s constraint modal analysis, dynamic acceleration and dynamic stress analysis ; at the same time, proceeded housing' s dynamic bench testing about the acceleration and stress, studied the housing dynamic characteristics in the time domain and the frequency domain, and compared the experiment results and the simulation resuhs, the results show that the same measure point' s dynamic response results are basically consistent in the same condition, and the simulation error is within 10%, the housing dynamic finite element model is more accurate.
