拖拉机多段液压机械无级变速器的传动特性分析 被引量:11

摘要 以东方红294kW的无级变速器为研究对象,通过分析多段HMCVT的传动原理,建立了满足多段液压机械无级变速器的同步换段条件,并给出了功率分流比和效率的关系式。结果表明:以e=0为界限,同一段位内,前半段和后半段的功率流特性不同;在每段的换段点处,前、后半段的功率流特性相同;段数越多,液压机械无级传动系统所传递的功率越大,整个系统的传动效率越高。多段液压机械无级变速器的高效率特性,满足了拖拉机的作业要求。 Based on the hydro-mechanical continuous variable transmission(HMCVT) of 400 house-power of Dongfanghong, the requirement of synchronous change condition for multistage HMCVT was established by analyzing its transmission principle, and the relation of power distributing ratio and efficiency was presented. The power flow characteristics at the first half and the second half were different within certain grade as the boundary of e equaled with zero; while it was same in each section point; the more grades, the greater HMCVT system transmitting power and the higher transmission efficiency of the entire system. The high efficiency of multistage HMCVT meets the requirement of tractor operation.
