摘要
针对包装薄膜以及农用地膜的特殊性能要求,采用排冲的加工方法在聚酯薄膜表面冲孔。稳定的张力是保障冲孔质量和卷膜质量的关键,文中采用PLC系统控制薄膜进给定位和膜内张力的波动幅值。由于薄膜冲孔后残余应力会影响到冲孔和卷膜质量,文中采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟冲孔过程,分析冲孔过程中的应力、应变分布,对张力参数的设定提供参考。
Aiming at the special requirements of the polyester film in the packaging and agriculture application, the row processing method was used in thin film surface drilling. In order to ensure drilling quality and film quality, PLC system was used to control the film feeding and film tension stability. As the residual stress after film perforating can affect the film and punching quality, the ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the drilling process. The stress and strain distribution of the punching process was analyzed to provide a reference for setting the tension parameters.
