摘要
根据烟苗移栽的农艺要求以及曲柄滑块式栽插机构的结构和工作原理,建立了该机构的Pro/E三维模型。运用Pro/E软件机构仿真技术分析了各主要参数曲柄长度L1、鸭嘴连杆长度L2、齿轮箱中心距L3、齿轮箱和滑轨中心的偏距e、曲柄和齿轮箱安装初始角α与运动轨迹高度、轨迹形状、洞口大小、烟苗垂直度之间的影响关系。通过Pro/E参数分析结果进行了机构优化和仿真,并选取了一组较优的参数:L1=107mm,L2=135mm,L3=70mm,e=10mm,α=3°。针对这组参数,对栽插机构的水平速度、速度、加速度进行了运动学分析,分析结果表明,机械机构的运动学特征能够满足烟苗移栽的农艺要求,机构工作稳定。
According to the agronomic requirements of tobacco seedling transplanting and the structure and working principle of the slider-crank type planting mechanism, the Pro/E 3D model of the mechanism was established. By using pro/E software simulation technology, the influence relation among the main parameters of the length of crank(L1), the length of duckbill connecting rod(L2), the center distance of the gear box(L3), the offset distance of gear box and slid(e), the initial angle of installation of the crank and gear box(α) with other parameters of the height of motion trajectory, the shape of trajectory,cave size, transplanting verticality were analyzed. L1 and L3had great impacts on the height and shape of trajectory, cave size, transplanting verticality; L2 and e had influence on the transplanting verticality; α had great impacts on the height of trajectory and transplanting verticality. According to the Pro/E parameter analysis results, the optimization and simulation were conducted, a group of optimal parameters had been selected: L1=107mm, L2=135mm, L3=70mm, e=10,α=3; and the kinematics of the duckbill horizontal velocity, velocity and accelerated velocity were analyzed by these parameters. The corresponding kinematics characteristics can comply with the agronomic requirements of tobacco seedling transplanting, and the institutions can work stably.
