摘要
本文合成了一种在水中和有机相中均有良好溶解性的新型多吡啶Pt(Ⅱ)配合物[Pt],并利用[Pt]作光催化剂,研究了N-苯基四氢异喹啉的可见光催化交叉脱氢偶联反应。在空气和室温条件下,高效实现了N-苯基四氢异喹啉和硝基烷烃在纯水相和有机相中的交叉脱氢偶联:在水相中,偶联反应的产率在81%以上;在有机相中,光照1h底物完全转化,对于不同取代基的N-苯基四氢异喹啉和硝基烷烃均得到几乎定量的偶联产物,产率大于97%。光催化剂[Pt]表现出的优异催化活性,为可见光催化活化C—H键提供了高效便捷的方法,拓展了水相进行的高效交叉脱氢偶联反应。
In this paper,a novel platinum(Ⅱ]) complex that is soluble both in water and in organic solvent was synthesized,and a visible-light-induced cross-dehydrogenative-coupling (CDC) reaction is studied by using the platinum(Ⅱ) complex as photocatalyst.With the aid of molecular oxygen as an oxidant,the oxidative coupling of nitroalkanes and N-phenyltetrahydroisoquinolines is achieved under irradiation with high efficiency both in water and in organic solvent.This provides a clean and facile synthetic scheme for visible-light-induced oxidative CDC reaction.
