摘要
通过走访、电话访谈、新闻、网络资料等途径了解宁波市老三区中小学体育场馆设施对外开放的状况,以及对外开放过程中存在的问题,并分析这些问题所存在的原因.提出解决这些问题的对策:引入保险机制、建立组织机构和相关制度、解决经费问题、加强宣传,有效提高宁波市老三区中小学体育场馆对外开放的效益.
Through visits,phone interviews,news,network information,etc,to learn about the present state of the Ningbo Laosanqu Central Primary School＇s sports facilities＇ opening to the public and the problems that exist in the opening procedure,this essay,having analyzed the cause of the existing problems,puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems by introducing the mechanism of insurance,establishing organizing organs and relative systems,solving the problems of funds and strengthening popularization,which can effectively raise the opening efficiency of the Ningbo Laosanqu Central Primary School＇s gymnasium.
