摘要
针对供电所仓储物料进出库标准化和规范化管理问题,对GPRS移动终端、RFID射频电子标签、PDA手持终端和无线电子秤等进行研究,对出库物料至作业现场使用情况监管进行归纳,提出一种基于物联网供电所仓储与远程物料使用监控系统.研究结果表明,该监控系统能实时监管供电所仓储入库、出库、使用、退库、评估和盘点,有效进行精益化管理,实现抢修物料快速出库及作业现场工程质量的监管.
In view of the problems that exist in the import library standard of the warehouse material in the administration of power supply and standardization management,the paper studies the GPRS mobile terminal,Label of RFID and wireless electronic scale,sums up monitoring and management from the material out of the warehouse to the operation site,and suggests a monitoring system based on the warehouse networking material of the power supply administration and remote material using.The result shows that the system can real-timely monitor the situations of the materials in and out of the warehouse of the power supply administration,during being used,returned,assessed or checked which can effectively help to conduct lean management,and help to achieve monitoring and management for repair materials rapidly out of the warehouse and the good quality of the engineering on the operation site.
