管内螺纹线夹的研制及其应用

摘要 10kV配电线路中使用的异形并沟线夹在高负荷情况下运行时,由于紧密度不够,载流能力大大降低,承受不了高温发热而出现安全隐患,严重影响了线路正常运行和检修人员的人身安全.管内螺纹线夹具有连接紧密、接触良好、成本低廉、操作方便、适用性广等优点,解决了异形并沟线夹在电网运行中出现的高温问题,提高了电网供电的可靠性,取得了良好的社会、经济效益. When operating at high load condition and the use of 10 kV shaped groove line in distribution line clip,the current carrying capacity greatly reduces due to the insufficient close degree,which cannot bear the high temperature heating and hidden safe trouble rises,seriously affecting the normal operation of the line and the safety of inspection personnel.Pipe thread clamp,with the advantages of tight connection,good contact,low cost,convenient operation and extensive operation,helps to handle the high temperature emerging in power net operation,which helps to improve the reliability of the power grid power supply and achieve good social,economic benefits.
