摘要
[目的]基于美国《护理措施分类》(NIC)探索符合中国护理习惯的不同心脏功能住院病人的护理措施和活动类目,从而指导临床护理实践。[方法]从NIC中初筛护理措施和活动类目,分别对29名心脏专科护理人员和40例心内科住院病人进行咨询与调查,形成心脏功能符合纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)各级别病人所需护理活动措施与类目咨询表,采用专家咨询法,对江苏省43名心脏专科临床护理专家进行问卷咨询,从而确定不同级别心脏功能病人所需的护理措施及活动类目。[结果]最终得出心功能各级别病人所需护理措施与活动数分别为:Ⅰ级1项(2个)、Ⅱ级3项(8个)、Ⅲ级19项(133个)、Ⅳ级21项(202个)。[结论]基于《护理措施分类》研制的不同心脏功能住院病人的护理措施与活动条目具有全面、规范和方便交流的特点,便于临床决策、具有广泛的临床应用前景。
Obj ective：Based on America’s “nursing interventions classifi-cation”（NIC）and to explore Chinese nursing habits of different cardiac function of in patients with nursing measures and activities of category, so as to guide the clinical nursing practice.Methods：From NIC screen-ing and nursing activity category,29 heart specialist nurses and 40 cases of inpatients in the department of cardiology were consultatied and in-vestigated.And to form cardiac function in patients with NYHA level required nursing measures and category information table.By using ex-pert counseling method,43 heart clinical nursing experts of Jiangsu province were counseled by questionnaire so as to determine nursing measures and activities in different level of cardiac function in patients with desired category.Results：Eventually reached the level required for cardiac function in patients with nursing measures and activities were：grade Ⅰ,1 item（2）,grade Ⅲ 3 items（8）,grade Ⅲ 19 items（133）,gradeⅣ 21 items（202）.Conclusion：Based on “nursing interventions classifi-cation”developed different heart function inpatients nursing measures and activities of entry has comprehensive,standardized and convenient communication features,easy to have wide clinical application prospects of clinical decision making.
