摘要
提出了一种在高背景光下运用PSD来实现光点示踪的方法 ,通过光信号调制 电解调、直流恢复的方法 ,消除背景光的干扰和部分电路噪声 ,得到稳定的、与位置相关的电压值表征光点的坐标位置 ,实现了在高背景光下的位置测量。经测试和标定 ,得到 0 .2 %的非线性度和 0 .6
A method for tracing the light spot in high background illumination has been discussed.A modulation-demodulation method is used to suppress the influence of background light and partial electrical noise.THe design of the signal processing board is also solved.The experiment result shows that the non-linearity of 0.2% and inaccuracy of 0.6% of full scale has been obtained.
