摘要
高职院校人文素质教育开展富有成效,并形成鲜明的职业性、副合式、实践性和开放性特征。高职院校内涵建设、人才需求、自身发展等因素对人文素质教育提出新要求,高职院校应从做好顶层设计、壮大师资力量、确定实践的课程化与学分化、注重考核实践效果等方面着手优化人文素质教育。
Humanistic Education is fruitful in vocational colleges and vocational stark, which has vice-fit, practicality andopenness features. Factors of vocational colleges connotation construction, personnel needs, self-development provides newrequirements for humanistic Education Vocational colleges should do the top-level design, expand faculty, determine thecourse of practice and credit, and focus on practical effects assessment optimization aspects of Humanistic Education.
