摘要
长期以来,我国旅游高等教育人才培养"同质化"问题严重,对旅游产业发展总体贡献率偏低。在此背景下"江西省金牌讲解班"应运而生。它将旅游高等教育人才培养与旅游行业需求紧密贴合,通过大力实施人才培养改革的系统工程,进一步增强专业核心竞争力,以期为培养适应旅游产业需求的应用型、复合型高端旅游人才提供参考和借鉴。
In the long run, the homogenization problem in talents cultivation of higher tourism education is serious whichcauses its low degree of overall contribution to the development of tourism industry. In order to crack the difficult prob-lems existing in higher tourism education,＂Jiangxi Provincial Elite Tour Guide Class＂emerges at the exact momentwhich combines talents cultivation of higher tourism education with the requirements of tourism industry tightly. As agood attempt of synergetic development, the class energetically implements system engineering of talents cultivation reformsand enhances the major core competitiveness so as to provide references to cultivate the applied and compound high-endtourism talents to fit in with the needs of tourism industry.
